Whether or not a PrideFC Fighter needs to take mixed martial arts supplements for preparation, for an actual bout, or after the brawl, mma supplements are in debate for some mma fighters. For me the answer is quite clear.

Bout training involves a UFC Fighter that will be involved in a bout training camp and will be going through a very regimented routine to ready their body and mind for a brawl. These pre-brawl conditioning camps usually last about four weeks and will involve much trauma and injury to the Mixed martial artist's body. MMA supplements can help here.
