Whether or not a fighter needs to take mma supplements for preparation, for an actual match, or after the bout, mixed martial arts vitamins are in debate for some mma fighters. For me the answer is quite clear.

Bout training involves a fighter that will be involved in a match training camp and will be going through a very regimented routine to ready their body and mind for a fight.
